International Aviation Training Sociedad Limitada seeks to differentiate itself within its sector, and therefore has decided to implement an integrated quality system. This system, in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 quality standard, involves the entire company.

Scope:
Provision of training in commercial aviation

Our policy seeks to fulfill the following points:

  • To provide quality services with constant improvement to meet the demands of citizens and to be competitive within the sector in order to achieve the full satisfaction of our students.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulations applicable to quality matters and any other additional requirement that our center voluntarily subscribes to.

  • Continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and the level of satisfaction provided to the citizens, through clearly defined and controlled processes. To achieve this, it is necessary to know at all times the needs and requirements, and to equip the center with tools for monitoring, measurement, and analysis of the processes.

  • Our objectives are based on increasing the satisfaction of the citizens and ensuring that there is no complaint or grievance from their side. Satisfying 100% of the expectations they have regarding our services.

  • Annually define the objectives and goals necessary to guarantee the fulfillment of the commitments established in this policy and the requests from our interested parties.

  • Provide the essential resources for the implementation and control of the Quality Management System, as well as for improving its processes.

  • Quality will always be the subject of continuous improvement. Difficulties will be taken as opportunities to learn and will focus efforts on identifying the causes that produced them so that they are not repeated.

  • The management requests the collaboration and commitment of all the center’s staff, so that we make our Quality Policy everyone’s responsibility, each of us ensuring the quality of our work and the fulfillment of the established requirements.

  • Raise awareness and adapt to climate change through the participation of its employees and interest groups, developing initiatives for awareness, training, and sensitization.”

  • Consideration of sustainability criteria in all Business activities, with the aim of minimizing the impact these may have on the environment and promoting the rational use of resources at all times.

This quality policy will be made available to all interested parties of International Aviation Training Sociedad Limitada.
