CRM and Human Factors Facilitator Course

The objective of the course is to train instructors in knowledge and methodologies necessary to perform as CRM (Crew Resource Management) Facilitators, in compliance with the requirements established in AMC3 ORO.CC.115 (e) of EU Regulation No. 965/2012. The course grants the IAT qualification with which you will be able to teach the CRM subject in the initial flight attendant training course in a center approved by AESA.

Duration: 5 days
Next call: January 27-31, 2025
Course objectives: Adult training and teaching methodology, Human Factors in aviation, Instructions regarding CRM principles and objectives, Human Performance and constraints, etc.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in EASA environment.
  • Trainer of Trainers degree (also available at IAT Cabin Crew).
  • Personal interview with the team of IAT instructors.

Mar Castro
Graduated in Economics with a specialization in Management and Negotiation from the London School of Economics, I have studied and lived in different countries, which has enriched my global perspective. Passionate about aviation, I am a representative of International Aviation Training, with a special focus on the Cabin Crew project. I teach English classes for the preparation of CVs and personal interviews.
Rocio Pino
Specialist in communication, people management, projects and expert in cabin crew training in national and international environment, with more than 20 years in airlines. I am passionate about developing teams and encouraging people to reach their full potential, creating a pleasant classroom atmosphere and providing the necessary tools to learn in the most didactic way and accompanying students to achieve their goal.
Mercedes Carrasco
I am a lawyer, member of the Bar Association of Madrid, Criminologist expert in flight safety, Dangerous Goods instructor and passionate about airplanes, I fulfilled my dream of becoming a Flight Attendant. My attitude, my passion for aviation, is what has led me to the world of training, dedicating the last few years to teaching Dangerous Goods and Regulations, TOA courses and preparations for interviews for airlines.
Teresa Tarancon
I am passionate about aviation and teaching, with extensive experience in the sector. I have worked in Spanair, Air Europa, Pullmantur and One Airways, holding various positions, highlighting as a CRM trainer and facilitator for more than 18 years. My interest has been focused on human factors and crew resource management, which led me to found CRM CREW, a school for cabin crew. Currently, I am a purser and instructor at Wamos Air, and combine this with my passion for teaching at IAT.
Marina Ferrer
I have always worked in front of the public. 20 years flying in Spanair, 12 of them as purser. Giving sailing lessons to children and people with special needs (blind and cerebral palsy). 2 years in the holiday real estate sector. 3 years in Air Hostess Malaga teaching the subjects of Protocol and Executive Av. Protocol is a tool that helps us to avoid and solve conflicts. Courtesy is a very small effort against a very big benefit.
Noah Solé
I am Noah Solé, commercial pilot since 2020, I flew 2 years the Airbus A320 in Wizzair based in different cities in Europe, currently I fly for Iberia in the A350 fleet.
In addition, I am a simulator instructor, preparing future pilots for their entry tests to airlines and in training courses for future flight attendants.
